Aren't you guys hungry in the morning? We are, terribly! Thus a quick Italian breakfast with croissant and cappuccino is not enough for us. A wonderful brunch in the Modenese hills awaits you starting at 8 am at Acetaia Sereni. We will welcome you with cheeses, cold cuts, homemade cakes, local yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, and of course, Lambrusco!
Weather permitting, breakfast will be served on the outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the vineyards. At the end of brunch, we look forward to welcoming you to the Acetaia for a Balsamic tour at 10:30 am. Discover the history of the Sereni Family, from the beginnings of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena production to today. Tour through all stages of Balsamic production, from the estate's hillside vineyards to the finished bottle, passing through the must cooking room, two aging barrels, and the Balsamic museum.
The tour is completed with a guided tasting of five types of traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Classic, historic, aged, never mundane.

Brunch and tasting at the Sereni acetaia
Continuing with the visit to the acetaia, Francesco was very good at conveying all the passion and commitment that goes into maintaining a product so precious for the Modena area and making it known to the world. It was very interesting and exceeded my expectations.
The only thing I would change is to postpone the brunch time by at least an hour.
