The history of the Sereni family, from the beginning of the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to today.
A journey through all the production phases of Balsamic vinegar, from the proprietary hillside vineyards to the finished bottle, passing through the room where the musts are cooked, two barrels for ageing and the Balsamic Museum.
The tour is completed with a guided tasting of 5 types of traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Classic, historical, aged, never banal.

-Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. Aged 8 years in oak barrels
-Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. Aged 8 years in cherry wood barrels
-Mioaceto Sigillo Argento - Aged 13 years with traditional method
-Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. "Extravecchio" - aged over 25 years
-White Balsamic Vinegar aged in ash barrels

The tasting will be accompanied by water and breadsticks.

Superlative!
My partner and I visited the acetaia, guided by a young woman whose name I unfortunately don't remember, but whom I would like to thank again for conveying all the passion behind this world. Before this experience, we had absolutely no idea how much work goes into a balsamic vinegar and how much passion it requires to carry on for generations and generations. I would like to add that their vinegar is fantastic and we won't give it up anymore. What can I say, we hope to come back to also have a nice dinner at the restaurant and stay overnight in the splendid rooms of the estate.

Beautiful property and an amazing experience!
Our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about balsamic. I learned a lot on this tour and enjoyed the tastings. The drive to get there was so picturesque. Prices were reasonable and the guide would allow you to try anything before you buy. The history of this family farm is quite interesting. I highly recommend.
