Sereni Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of the family's desire and project to revalue Emilia for the production of olive oil, which began in the early 2000s. In fact, the area has a long history of olive oil production, which was lost in the last century due to recurring frosts, but has been revived in recent years.
The olives all come from the Villabianca farm, on the Modena hills, right next to the vineyards for the production of Balsamic vinegar. They are pressed directly on the farm, within 8 hours of being picked.
The company produces two types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil: the "Dòlz" and the "Calancolle".
During the tasting you can taste them either as they are, or combined with hot homemade bread.
The tasting will be accompanied by mineral water.
