Cooking class experience at Rasocolmo winery
Here is what's in store for you
The Cooking Class at Rasocolmo Estate offers the opportunity to discover the traditional flavors of Sicilian cuisine under the guidance of the estate’s chef. During the class, guests will prepare a selection of dishes including appetizers, two first courses, and a dessert, following the chef’s suggestions and supervision. After the cooking session, the prepared dishes will be enjoyed together, paired with five Rasocolmo wines.
The experience also includes a guided tour of the vineyard and olive grove, where guests will learn about the production processes behind the estate’s products, as well as a visit to the family farmhouse, offering a deeper insight into the history and traditions of Rasocolmo.

Where we are and how to reach us
If you choose the option with transfer, it will be from the tourist port of Messina, close to the Town Hall.
