Here is what you will live
The cooking class experience at Rasocolmo estate will allow us to discover the traditional preparations of Sicilian cuisine under the guidance of the chef of the estate. We will be able to prepare some appetizers, a dessert and two first courses suggested by the chef under his supervision and then enjoy them in combination with 3 of Rasocolmo wines: "36" Bianco Mosso, Doc Faro, Idromiele "Acqua di Aron".
The experience also includes a guided tour of the vineyard and olive grove, where we will be shown the production processes behind our products, and a visit to the family farmhouse.
