The tour includes a guided visit to the incredible vineyards and winery of Tenuta Rasocolmo, surrounded by an outstanding scenery, where we can discover the secrets behind the winemaking process of these quality wines. We will then proceed to the visit of the farmhouse where, in an exclusive tasting room, we will have the opportunity to taste 2 of their exceptional wines: Rosso DOC Faro Rasocolmo and Bianco Inzolia dell'Etna, accompanied by a selection of local delicacies: Sicilian bread seasoned with olive oil of our production production, croutons with pate, olives in brine, local cheeses
