Here is what's in store for you
The Sicilian tasting is a sensorial journey that will lead us to the discovery of Rasocolmo wines and the excellent artisanal products of the territory. We will discover how the artisanal products of the land (cold cuts, cheeses, preserves), together with the wines of the territory, can reserve incredible sensorial surprises.
The experience includes a guided tour of the vineyard and olive grove, where we will discover everything about the production processes behind the products, and a visit to the family farmhouse, where we can participate in "Le Nes Du Vin", to discover the scents of wine.
At the end of the visit we will have the opportunity to participate in the tasting of 4 wines: the red Doc Faro Rasocolmo, the white Inzolia "L'Hismael", the bubbles of Inzolia "N36", the Idromele "Acqua di Aron", accompanied by a tasting of typical products such as: oil of the Tenuta Rasocolmo "Don Gabriele", cold cuts of black pig Nebrodi, local cheeses, jams and preserves and, finally, one of typical cake.

Bien mais….
Par contre sur le site Winedering les infos n’étaient pas bonnes. L’heure de l’excursion indiquait 9 hr et arrivée sur place le tour commençait seulement à 11 h 30. Nous avons donc attendu durant 2 hrs .
Heureusement nos hôtes ont pris soin de nous.
Donc pour ma part vous devriez réservez directement avec le vignoble.
