Bienvenido a Cantine Zuffa, en Imola, para una visita especial para auténticos amantes del vino y de la gastronomía.
Con esta visita, verás una bodega familiar en su 5ª Generación, que combina la tradición vinícola con la mejor tecnología disponible, guiada por Augusto, experto en vinificación ecológica y autor del "Manuale del Biologico", un manual sobre producción ecológica escrito para las universidades italianas. Observa en profundidad cómo se desarrolla el proceso de elaboración del vino ecológico.
Al final de la visita... ¡viene la degustación! Tu comida o cena degustación se compondrá de aperitivos locales ecológicos sin nitritos ni sulfitos, 2 platos de pasta casera, un plato principal, una guarnición y un postre, todos ellos con productos ecológicos, DOP, IGP y tradicionales, maridados con 10 grandes vinos: espumosos, frizzantes, blancos tranquilos, tintos, dulces y generosos. Si lo deseas, se ofrecerán segundas raciones tanto de vinos como de comida.
Después de la cata, también tienes la posibilidad de comprar tu vino favorito, que se puede enviar a todo el mundo.

Cantine Zuffa - fantastic hospitality, fantastic wines
Augusto was a fantastic host first showing us around the estate and explaining their unique wine making process in detail which was really interesting. We were then treated to a top quality food and wine pairing experience. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. One of the best wine tours I have been on - and I have been on many ;) grazie mille Augusto!

It was really nice and interesting with you and Thomas. We spent six hours or more together without even noticing, because it was so enjoyable to talk and discuss everything.

Visita con degustazione alla Tenuta Zuffa
Io e mia moglie siamo andati alla cantina Zuffa, siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Augusto che ci ha fatto fare il Tour con degustazione dei suoi eccellenti vini.
Abbiamo pranzato con cibi deliziosi abbinati ai suoi splendidi vini.

Winery tour
I just have to say that this was by far the best experience ever! Our host, Augusto, also the owner of Cantine Zuffa, is so very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft! He taught us so much about the wine making process starting with even details about the soil needed to grow the different types of grapes. We definitely felt like family as we gathered for at least 12 different wine tastings in between the most delicious four course lunch and the magnificent dessert! I guarantee you will not find a better way to spend an afternoon or evening! We were able to take advantage of Augusto’s offer to ship our favorite wines directly to our home! I wish Augusto our heartfelt thanks for such wonderful afternoon! If I ever have the privilege of returning to Italy I will definitely visit Cantine Zuffa again!

Excellent & Informative
Augusto was a charming host for our wine tasting experience! He was very proud & informative regarding his vineyard and the wine making processes before a lovely afternoon lunch in the garden! Beautiful four course lunch with 9 wines to try and enjoy. Just delightful! We had the chance to purchase some wine and have shipped to the UK which we happily have done! Overall a lovely days visit! We got the bus from Bologna which took an hour and was very easy with a short walk to get to Cantine Zuffa.

Best experience in our trip
We had a simply delightful afternoon visiting the winery. Multi-course Meals were served to us graciously while we relaxed under the trees in the garden. We tried 16 different wines, nearly all of which were excellent. It was a perfect afternoon, and hosted wonderfully by the owner who clearly loved what he and his family were doing

Una experiencia inolvidable. Un tour por el viñedo muy dinámico y con un enfoque científico que le ha dado un toque muy interesante.
Respecto a la comida hay que resaltar la calidad, variedad y cantidad de platos. Todos muy buenos y diferentes entre ellos.
Los vinos seleccionados para la cata estaban muy muy buenos.

Sips to savour
The winery owner gave us a tour and then hosted the lunch. We were the only ones there for the first hour and half. It was lovely, our table was set up over a canopy and there was a lovely breeze. He was very informative and my husband and I learned a great deal about making organic wine. The food was excellent as was the many wines we tasted. Wonderful afternoon- we definitely would recommend this to others.

Amazing evening at Cantine Zuffa
My girlfriend and I had booked a wine tasting with food, and to be short - it did NOT disappoint!
We're not that bright in wine and the "how to" behind it, but wow, the owner and host, Augusto, made us feel right at home.
From tasting 10 fantastic organic wines, and enjoying an 8 course dinner, to being shown around the premises, told about the heritage and the process behind it all - we were blown away.
The wine was great (we even bought 5 bottles (including one of his numbered ones for a special occasion)).
The food was local and tasted amazing - we even had to leave some, so we had room for the next course.
The introduction to every meal and wine was told by heart and with pride - and Augusto made sure we could understand it all, even though wine isn't our speciality.
And the premises/field were so cool to see.
The whole experience was a 10/10 and we will definitely come again, whenever we go to Bologna next time.
I would recommend this to each and everyone considering a great wine experience.
Don't eat too much during the day - you will have plenty of fantastic local food at the cantina. And I mean, plenty!
Visit by taxi, so you can enjoy the wine, without thinking about the way home - Ask Augusto about a taxi home - he has some connections!
