Domaine Teppa
(Bodega en Corse)

The estate was born 5 years ago, the vines are made up of 50% vermentinu for the white, but also niellucciu for 45%, grenache at 2.5%, sciacarellu at 2.5%, for the red. Cultivation atypical and unique in the Patrimoniu region, where the entire estate is made of contoured terraces. The average slope is 45% The trellising is unitary, and each vine is worked there and deserves its particular attention. It is a form of cordon de roya which is used for the conduct of the vine, with the particularity of being brought on a stake and then a hoop. The latter makes it possible to increase the length of the arms of the vine (we go from 80 cm on a standard vine to 140cm). The objective is to have a larger number of clusters but also smaller and therefore more concentrated. We seek to work with a qualitative product, to the detriment of quantity. We carry out an annual grassing, and favor endemic species, the vine lives in harmony with its environment which happens to be a real place of life both from the point of view of fauna and flora. You will find immortelles, wild lavender, crocuses, arbutus, orchids, ... but also kites, bee-eaters, swallows, snakes, ladybugs ... maturity and brought and whole bunch to the press. The pressing of the grapes is carried out very early, in order to have an ideal temperature for a ripe grape.

Domaine d’Alzipratu
(Bodega en Corse)

Welcome to Domaine 'Alzipratu, nestled in the picturesque Balagne region of Haute-Corse. With a rich winemaking heritage dating back to 1968, our vineyard stands as a testament to excellence. Conveniently situated merely 8 km from Calvi and graced by the imposing Monte-Grossu, our sprawling estate spans about forty hectares. This verdant expanse proudly holds a place within the esteemed Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Corse Calvi, a designation established in 1976. For over three generations, the Acquaviva family has lovingly stewarded this estate. It was the visionary Maurice Acquaviva who initially cultivated sixteen hectares of vines in the enchanting Figarella valley. Presently, our vineyards thrive across diverse terroirs in the charming communes of Zilia, Calenzana, and Moncale, all within the embrace of the Figarella valley. The legacy of viticultural prowess was seamlessly passed from Maurice in 1968, to his son Pierre in 1991, culminating in the able hands of Marc'Andria, who became an integral part of the estate in 2018.
