I’m so glad we made the trip to this lovely winery. It was the peak of our trip to Imperia. I was there with my husband and two teenage kids. The place is really unique. A small wine yard making biodynamic wine. The wine was great, the host explained the wines in an interesting way and gave us small, delicious bites for every glass☺️
We bought several bottles to bring home. I can recommend buying the Allantu Vermenrino wine. And try the Vermut! Didn’t know this was something for me, but it is. A small glass after a better dinner as a digestive

La struttura ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi. La degustazione di vino e olio è stata accompagnata da una storia ricca di sforzi e passioni.
Durante la degustazione, ricca di ottimi prodotti, abbiamo potuto mangiare cibi locali.
Nonostante la giornata piovosa, consigliatissimo.

La degustazione di vino e olio è stata semplicemente fantastica! Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti come a casa: il personale è stato gentilissimo, accogliente e davvero appassionato del proprio lavoro. Si percepiva in ogni parola e in ogni gesto quanto amassero ciò che fanno.

Il luogo è stupendo, immerso nella natura, curato nei minimi dettagli e con un’atmosfera rilassata che ti fa dimenticare il tempo. Ogni spiegazione era interessante e chiara, e la qualità dei prodotti… incredibile! I vini deliziosi e gli oli davvero speciali, ognuno con la sua storia e il suo sapore unico.

Un’esperienza da non perdere, assolutamente da rifare!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Interessante Führung durch das kleine Weinmuseum. Die Weindegustation war toll. Ausführliche Erklärungen zu jedem Wein und zum Olîvenöl. Wir hatten die Platin Verkostung und konnten so auch einen richtig guten Vermuth und einen Grappa degustieren. Die dazu servierten ligurischen Spezialitäten waren sehr gut.
Unbedingt mindestens die Platin Verkostung nehmen. Die Weine waren alle lecker. Es werden nur Weissweine produziert.
Das Personal war ungemein freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Azienda Soglietto vermietet auch Zimmer und liegt auf einem Plateau mit einer unbezahlbaren Sicht aufs Meer

Highly recommend this wine tasting!
We booked the wine tasting two days in advance and chose the full experience, which included a vineyard tour, oil tasting, and vermouth tasting – it was really lovely. What was also great is that the tour was given in English, which made it easy for us to follow, as most other wine tastings are held in Italian. The location was absolutely beautiful! It’s tucked away in the hills outside the city, overlooking the sea, creating a picture-perfect and tranquil experience.

The tasting itself was well organized, and the snacks served with the drinks were also delicious. At times we missed a bit of depth in the explanations of the winemaking process – but still, we had such a lovely experience and enjoyed living la bella vita for a few hours!

Huge plus – the hosts are wonderful! Thank you for having us!!
We left with a box of wines and vermouths and if we are to be back in the area we won't hesitate to rebook!
Sometimes it was a bit hard to hear all the information presented as they spoke a bit soft. We would recommend speaking up or repeating certain information another time.

Wir durften eine sensationelle Wein- und Öldegustation erleben. Zuerst erfuhren wir spannende Fakten über die Geschichte des Hauses sowie der Olivenölproduktion. Die Anschliessende Degustation des Öls und des Weins war fantastisch und wurde von kleinen italienischen Spezialitäten begleitet. Monica war äusserst freundlich und erklärte uns alles mit viel Leidenschaft. Der traumhafte Ausblick auf die italienische Riviera rundete das Erlebnis optimal ab.

We’ve been looking for the winery experience offers for few days already when found the Azienda Agricola Saglietto online, it wasn’t the easiest to find but the website and reservation process were really easy to follow. The day before the experience we’ve been contacted by Monica with all the details which was really useful and helped us to get there on time. Because of the event in the village we had an issue with public parking availability which was quickly resolved by the hosts who made a private parking spot available to us after calling them.

First we had a walk across the wine yard and olive trees garden where Monica told us about the history of the place, growing and processing of the grapes and olives and the specific varieties which are growing there and answered all our questions. Then we’ve moved to the tasting garden which is a beautiful spot on the side of the mountain with a breathtaking view on the sea.

We’ve picked option with 4 wines and olive tasting and therefore been taken through the olive tasting first to then move to the wines, first the younger ones and then two different years of the Barba Ninin. The olive tasting was really interesting and insightful and as we’re not experienced in such events all the provided explanation and directions were much appreciated, then we’ve moved to the wines and we’ve been able to experience the differences coming from different grapes varieties, it was also very interesting to see how the time is impacting the taste of the older wine. Additionally all that was accompanied by the delicious snacks with local products (delicious parmigiano reggiano).

My partner is not the great wine lover but he was enjoying the whole experience as well as I did. The wine was very good (portions are quite big so take your time if driving), we’ve tried the best olives we’ve ever ate and experienced the olive oil like we never before. Just next to the garden there is a place where you can buy the wine, olives and olive oil which is very convenient and of course we’ve bought something to enjoy at home. We’ve had occasion to meet the owners as well who were polite and had interesting conversation about the wine they produce.

To conclude we’ve really enjoyed the experience and the products, the atmosphere was pleasant, views beautiful and if there will be an option to see the process of wine and olive oil making live we would be happy to come back!
I think it would be very useful for not experienced customers to have some additional guidance on the wine tasting with description of how to do this and what can be expected, like it was during the olive tasting.

Another option of the show and tell of the wine making process and olive making process in the place where it’s being done would be a great deal!

It was a very nice evening with a wonderful wine tasting on the terrace with a fantastic view of the bay. Monica explained everything very nicely and in detail. There were delicious appetizers with wine. I can only recommend this event.
