"Essence" escape: 1 night at Cobue Wine Resort near Lake Garda

Your stay at Azienda Agricola Cobue in Pozzolengo places you among the gentle hills south of Lake Garda, where the family's winery and contemporary Wine Resort meet. 

For your stay, you can choose between Standard and Superior accommodation. Both categories offer comfortable independent spaces with private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen, while the Superior option offers more generous spaces and a more spacious setting.

Your stay includes the “A Tutta Bolla” tasting, dedicated to 4 Cobue Metodo Classico sparkling wines, accompanied by bread and the estate’s own extra virgin olive oil.

A member of the hospitality team guides you through the tasting in the renovated tasting room. You begin with Albis Pas Dosé, a Blanc de Noir made from Groppello, the native red grape of Lake Garda, vinified as a white and transformed into a dry and elegant sparkling wine. Mille Brut is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc, with a fresher and softer Brut profile.

You then taste Roseo Pas Dosé, a rosé Metodo Classico made from Groppello, combining sparkling freshness with delicate red-fruit notes. The flight concludes with Zero Pas Dosé, a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc with no dosage, offering a particularly dry, clean and refreshing expression of the grape.

The rest of your stay is free, giving you time to enjoy the estate and the surrounding countryside near Lake Garda at your own pace. During the seasonal opening period, you can also use the estate’s outdoor swimming pool.

The following morning, the stay concludes with an Italian breakfast before departure.
