The staff of Emilio Sciacca's winery will be glad to walk you through a sensational food and wine experience at a stone through from Etna.

If you wish, you will have the opportunity to walk through the vineyard and ancient Palmento to understand the passion and dedication of the team to the land around Etna.

Then it will be time to enjoy a rich charcuterie board with a variety of cooked and cold meats and local products paired with a white and a red wine. To end on a sweet note, you'll also enjoy traditional cookies paired with sweet wine.

Location bellissima, panorama fantastico e staff competente e cordiale.
Abbiamo prenotato un pranzo leggero con degustazione e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Il cibo buonissimo, preparato con materie prime qualitativamente ottime, il tutto accompagnato da calici di vino naturale davvero molto buoni. Il sommelier, Vincenzo, ci ha accompagnati durante questa esperienza enogastronomica, spiegandoci in maniera dettagliata le caratteristiche dei vini della degustazione e la storia della cantina e della vigna, molto preparato, cordiale e simpatico.

Un posto dove si respira aria genuina fatta di profumi di campagna, cibi di qualità e calici di vino che ben accompagnano il panorama spettacolare del grande vulcano! Assolutamente raccomandato.
Pubblicizzare in struttura ciò che si può visitate nei dintorni con un raggio d'azione di 15 km...sarebbe carina una installazione tipo mappa dove il turista può orientarsi e spendere ancora qualche ora nei paraggi. È vero che con google si può questo ed altro ma trovo che possa essere qualche cosa di facile realizzazione e utile al visitatore

Una esperienza imperdibile, un bellissimo giro tra i vigneti e la loro storia, un pranzo con prodotti siciliani ed ogni pietanza accompagnata dai magnifici vini di Emilio Sciacca, ogni vino ci è stato raccontato con grande professionalità,magnifica la cuoca oltre alla bontà della sua cucina ci ha donato tutta la sua gentilezza unica che ha fatto veramente piacere. Consiglio assolutamente di fare questa magnifica esperienza.
