Classic Tour "The Excellence" & Wine Tasting at Garofoli

An Exclusive Wine Experience at Garofoli! This experience is designed for wine experts, enthusiasts, and wine lovers who want to deepen their knowledge of the exceptional wines that have shaped the history of Cantina Garofoli.

The tour offers a full immersion into the Garofoli world, revealing the family's history and winemaking heritage. It begins with a visit to the barrel cellar, followed by a walk among the fascinating wooden pupitres, where sparkling wines undergo careful aging.

After the tour, you will enjoy a guided tasting of four wines, accompanied by a tasting of Garofoli EVO Blend extra virgin olive oil and, depending on availability, Garofoli Monovarietal EVO Oil from Ascolana Tenera olives. The experience is complemented by local delicacies, including Prosciutto Crudo di Carpegna DOP, Salame Ciauscolo IGP, Pecorino, Salame Fabriano IGP, and Lonza Marchigiana. In the event of unavailability, a similar regional specialty will be provided.

For families, children up to 17 years old can join the winery tour for free.

For a more interactive experience, the "Little Sommelier" program introduces young participants to tasting techniques, including two fruit juices, a personalized tasting sheet, and artisanal cookies from a local bakery. Children can also design their own wine label, which will be applied to a 0.37-liter bottle for them to take home.
