- Mirto di Bacche (liqueur), served with traditional pecorino cheese and carasatu bread
- Mirto di Bacche e Foglie (bitter), paired with handmade lard and sausage

It is accessible only by car and is not reachable by public transport. The final part of the road is steep and not suitable for bikes. At the entrance gate on Via Sannai, call via the intercom for access.
