Welcome to Cantine Eredi dei Papi for a deep dive into the authenticity of the Castelli Romani. Your experience begins with a guided tour of our vineyards and winery, where we will share our estate’s history and the profound bond we share with this volcanic land. We will then lead you into the heart of artisanal craft with a workshop dedicated to pincinelle, a traditional local pasta shape. Under the guidance of our experts, you will get hands-on experience learning the secrets of kneading and shaping this ancient pasta style.
The culinary journey continues with a tasting of two courses of pincinelle prepared according to tradition, preceded by a sampling of fresh bread paired with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. The meal will be perfectly complemented by three selected glasses of wine from our cellar: Schietto (Grechetto), Albagìa (Malvasia Puntinata), and Distinto (Cesanese). Throughout the activity, you can enjoy our charming estate and stunning panoramic terrace, which offers a breathtaking view stretching from the vineyards all the way to Rome.

Où nous sommes et comment nous rejoindre
Cantine Eredi dei Papi se trouve à Monte Compatri, dans la province de Rome, à environ 38 km du centre-ville. Située à Via delle Marmorelle, 1711 (00077), la cave est facilement accessible aussi bien en véhicule privé qu'en transports en commun :
En train : Depuis la gare de Roma Termini, prends un train jusqu'à l'arrêt Colonna Galleria (le trajet dure environ 30 à 40 minutes). La gare se trouve à seulement 700 mètres de la cave, et tu peux nous rejoindre à pied par un sentier panoramique qui mène directement au domaine.
En métro : Prends la ligne C du métro jusqu'au dernier arrêt, "Pantano" De là, un service de navette publique est disponible pendant la semaine (du lundi au vendredi) et s'arrête directement devant la cave.
En voiture ou en taxi : Pour ceux qui arrivent en voiture ou en taxi privé, le domaine offre un grand parking sur place pour tous les invités.
