This immersive experience begins with a guided walk through the winery’s promenade, which circles the winemaking cellar. Along the way, you may observe oenologists and cellarmen at work among fermentation tanks, amphorae vases, and the laboratory, offering a rare insight into the production process.
The tour proceeds through the internal courtyard to the technological bottling area, showcasing the modern side of Giusti’s winemaking philosophy. A stunning spiral staircase, crowned by a sparkling “perlage” chandelier, leads you up to the rooftop vineyard, where you’ll admire sweeping views of the Montello hills and the Piave River plain. This rooftop vineyard represents the winery’s sustainable vision, being part of the forward-thinking Vitigni Resistenti (Resistant Grape Varieties) project.
Your visit culminates in the panoramic tasting room, with breathtaking views of the Abbey of Sant’Eustachio, a symbol of local heritage. Here, you’ll enjoy a tasting of 5 wines of your choice, allowing you to personalize your experience with selections from Giusti’s collection (excluding Matteociei, Umberto I, and Amarone Classico della Valpolicella). Each wine is paired with local cheese, cold cuts, and breadsticks, offering a complete sensory journey through the flavors of the territory.
