Gourmet tasting and light lunch or dinner at Rasocolmo winery
Here is what's in store for you
Unique sensory experience to live immersed in the incredible scenery of Tenuta Rasocolmo, dominated by the Lighthouse of Cape Rasocolmo. You will discover how the artisanal products of our land (meats, cheeses, preserves), along with the wines of the territory, can reserve incredible sensory surprises.
The Gourmet Experience includes a guided tour of the vineyard and olive grove, where we will show you the production processes behind our products, and a visit to the family farmhouse, where you can participate in "Le Nes Du Vin", to discover the scents of wine.
At the end of the visit you will have the opportunity to participate in the tasting of 5 of our wines of excellence: the red Doc Faro Rasocolmo, the red Doc Mamertino, the white Inzolia "L'Hismael", the bubbles of Inzolia "N36", the mead Acqua di Aron, accompanied by a light lunch with gourmet products of the Sicilian tradition.
It will start with an appetizer with typical delicacies prepared by the winery, a first course of the Sicilian tradition (eg. pasta alla norma, pasta 'ncaciata, pasta with fresh ricotta cheese and creamy tomatoes), a second course of the Sicilian tradition with fresh ricotta cheese and cream of dried tomatoes) and finally a dessert.

Great day in Messina
A lovely surprise
Good, but…
However, on the Winedering site, the info wasn't correct. The excursion time indicated 9 a.m. and, once we arrived, the tour only started at 11:30 a.m. So we waited for 2 hours.
Fortunately, our hosts took care of us.
So, for my part, you should book directly with the winery.
