Here is what's in store for you

A qualified sommelier from the Recchia family's hospitality team will welcome you for an experience that explores two distinct Veneto terroirs. Your visit begins with a guided tour of the production areas, offering panoramic views over the Negrar valley, the heart of Valpolicella Classica. You will see the steel fermentation vats, the oak barrel cellars, and the traditional drying rooms, the 'fruttaio', where grapes for Amarone begin their journey through the ancient 'appassimento' method.

The tasting takes place in the barrel room during colder months or on the panoramic terrace in summer.

The selection of 8 wines showcases the diversity of the family's production. You'll start with wines from the Garda area: a Garda DOC Spumante Brut Millesimato, a Custoza DOC, and a Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC.

The journey continues into Valpolicella with a Valpolicella DOC Classico, a Superiore, and a Ripasso DOC Classico Superiore.

You will then taste the two flagship reds: an Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico and the Korvilot Rosso Veneto IGT, a sweet Passito wine.

Each wine is paired with grissini, artisanal taralli, and homemade bread with the estate’s own extra virgin olive oil, alongside a selection of local cheeses like Formagella della Lessinia or Monte Veronese. Children are offered a non-alcoholic drink with cooked ham or cheese.
