Stella di Lemmen is a young agricultural project founded in 2015 on a small upland overlooking the Ligurian Sea, within the breathtaking landscape of the Cinque Terre National Park. More than a winery, Stella di Lemmen represents a vision rooted in craftsmanship, respect for nature, and the courage to recover and cultivate difficult land with patience and dedication.

The project was born from the desire to restore and protect this extraordinary corner of Liguria, transforming abandoned land into a living agricultural ecosystem. Guided by a deep respect for the environment, the philosophy of Stella di Lemmen is based on sustainability, awareness, and harmony with nature. The estate sees itself as a temporary guardian of the land, committed to preserving its beauty and biodiversity for future generations.

From the very beginning, Stella di Lemmen embraced the principles of biodynamic agriculture, choosing to restore and cultivate the traditional white grape varieties of the Cinque Terre area: Vermentino, Bosco, and Albarola.

The vineyards are carefully managed with natural methods, including grass cover and green manure to enrich the soil naturally, while only natural plant protection treatments are used. The estate is designed as a multifunctional agricultural organism, where vineyards coexist with bees, hens, and other plantations, encouraging biodiversity and ecological balance.

The wines produced by Stella di Lemmen are authentic expressions of the Ligurian coastal terroir: fresh, mineral, and deeply connected to the sea and steep terraces of the Cinque Terre. Each bottle reflects the winery’s commitment to nature, tradition, and artisanal viticulture.
