Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at our historical estate, where our knowledgeable guide will explain the reasons behind our commitment to organic, natural winemaking, and narrate the rich history of the historic property.

Next, we will move to our gardens and olive grove, from where you'll see our vineyards, and here you will learn the fine details of how we work closely with our climate and terroir to allow nature to take its course while we nurture the best from our grapes.

Then you'll enter our charming tasting room, immersed in our cantina. You'll hear some interesting anecdotes and stories that will reveal aspects of winemaking. Learn about the art behind a spontaneous fermentation process, that gives our wines their unique character and depth. During the wine tasting experience you will have the opportunity to savour a selection of three of our organic, handcrafted wines, accompanied by local, traditional delicacies such as cheese and cold cuts.
