Set in the enchanting landscape of Valdobbiadene, this journey begins with a walk through Roccat’s vineyards, immersing you in the source of their wine. As you stroll among the vines, you'll learn about the history, terroir, and winemaking traditions of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The tour continues in the cellar with Manuel, the winemaker and owner of Roccat Winery, who will share insights into their philosophy and commitment to quality winemaking.
You’ll then move to the tavern or garden, depending on the season, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of 4 Roccat wines accompanied by a rich platter of local cold cuts, cheeses, artisanal bread, preserves, and grissini. A sensory experience perfect for connecting with the land—and each other.
