"La via dell'Amicizia", the Path of Friendship, is an experience designed to nurture connection and shared emotions—key elements that spark true friendships. Set in the enchanting landscape of Valdobbiadene, this journey begins with a walk through Roccat’s vineyards, immersing you in the source of their wine. As you stroll among the vines, you'll learn about the history, terroir, and winemaking traditions of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The tour continues in the cellar with Manuel, the winemaker and owner of Roccat Winery, who will share insights into their philosophy and commitment to quality winemaking.
You’ll then move to the tavern or garden, depending on the season, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of 4 Roccat wines accompanied by a rich platter of local cold cuts, cheeses, artisanal bread, preserves, and grissini. A sensory experience perfect for connecting with the land—and each other.

Esperienza fantastica. I nostri "ciceroni" Manuel e Nicole sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno spiegato moltissime cose interessanti. Da consigliare sicuramente. Buoni anche i vini assaggiati con la relativa degustazione di salumi e formaggi.

Esperienza fantastica! La location è stupenda, ben curata e super rilassante e il cibo è eccellente, un tagliere ricco di prodotti deliziosi.
Per quanto riguarda i vini, li abbiamo amati! Davvero ottimi!
Personale super gentile e disponibile, attento a tutte le necessità.

Wine (Prosecco) Tasting with dogs

Wonderful afternoon with Christina, even though she had to jump in for a colleague. Great knowledge, lots of laughs and perfect hospitability. Tasting scheduled two hours, we stayed four, thats how good it was✌️food was fantastic more than enough, went to buy sopressa the next day

Ottima degustazione di 4 vini nell’azienda Agricola Roccat! Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e ha spiegato molto bene ogni vino che abbiamo provato. Buonissimo anche il tagliere di salumi e di formaggi che hanno accompagnato la degustazione. Esperienza super consigliata!

Abbiamo fatto questa esperienza di degustazione vini insieme al proprietario della cantina ,il signor Manuel,persona gentilissima e bravissimo nella spiegazione della lavorazione del vino....dalla vendemmia all'imbottigliamento.....ottima degustazione vini con prodotti locali (affettati e formaggi) .

Molto più di una degustazione

Nella cornice dei bellissimi colli di Valdobbiadene abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare una cantina a gestione familiare che incarna a pieno lo spirito comunitario del bere bene e soprattutto in compagnia.
Nicole prima e Manuel poi ci hanno accompagnato in un percorso dettagliato alla scoperta del prosecco. Tra una chiacchiera e una buona ombra il tempo vola.
Un'esperienza unica e consigliatissimo se si passa da questa zona meravigliosa!

Esperienza meravigliosa, alla scoperta e riscoperta di valori antichi, tradizioni, memorie che appartengono a terre e persone uniche e straordinarie.
Ciò che rende davvero speciali questi vini, è tutto quello che si vive e si respira tutt' attorno. Sono i gesti, antichi e mai scontati; sono i racconti, testimoni e custodi di vite vissute; è il tempo, quello che a volte lasciamo correre troppo velocemente e che invece qui scandisce i cicli della cura, della raccolta, della lavorazione, dell'attesa, dell'assaggio esattamente così come devono essere: naturali...
Ma soprattutto, ciò che rende davvero speciale questa esperienza è l'amore per questa azienda che traspare da ogni singola parola di Manuel, è la passione che trabocca in ogni bollicina di vino (piccola, non grande, eh...), è l'essersi sentiti parte viva di queste colline, di queste terre, e non semplicemente anime di passaggio. Perché ci sono radici e condivisioni che ti restano dentro. E che poi ti porti in giro, ovunque. E poi, aspettate...bevo l'Ultimo e torno....
