Your experience begins at the historic Ca' Besi vineyard, where an expert guide will introduce you to the unique characteristics of Valpolicella’s terroir. As you explore the vineyards of La Dama Vini, you’ll gain insight into the region’s native grape varieties and organic farming methods. The tour continues with a visit to the wine aging area and the technical facilities, where you'll learn about the production process behind the exceptional wines of La Dama Vini.
Following the tour, you will enjoy a tasting of five organic wines, carefully selected to showcase the winery’s signature style. To complement the tasting, La Dama Vini offers a delicious light lunch featuring a variety of local gourmet specialties, including: fresh bread with homemade Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a selection of premium cured meats and cheeses with homemade Millefiori honey, traditional giardiniera (pickled vegetables), fresh-baked bread, dessert, and a tasting of Grappa made from Amarone pomace, followed by coffee.
