During the Maestrale Wine Experience, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a guided tasting of a selection of Firriato labels paired with dishes made with raw materials at Km 0, selected by Executive Chef Andrea Macca, of Baglio Sorìa's restaurant.
This innovative format combines a guided tasting of a selection of four Firriato wines and a full 4-course Lunch.

Appetizer: Eggplant millefeuille with basil emulsion
First course: Mediterranean-style Fresh Pasta On Ericina Cream
Main course: Roasted fish steak, with lemon potatoes and organic e.v.o. oil with black olive pesto and sour tropea onion
or Pork capocollo cooked in Trapani salt caramelized with "Harmonium", potato and spinach pie
Dessert: Ricotta cannolo with Bronte pistachios
