Make your wine with this experience at Asotom!

After a regenerating walk among the rows of grassy vines and olive groves of Monferrato, you'll enter what was once King's Vittorio Emanuele II cellar. Here you'll visit the fermentation room, the barrique cellar in the basement, and the labeling room accompanied by curious stories about heroic viticulture "more organic than organic" carried out by Tommaso, the eccentric vigneron. Then it will be time for you to try with your own hands to create a personal wine, an Asotom wine!

You will use 3 of the 5 senses to best associate different types of wine and find the combination that best satisfies your palate. Pipettes, dispensers, and lots of fun; a fun challenge to experience with your partner and/or friends to see who can find the combination they feel most comfortable with first.

Once created the perfect recipe and bottled the wine, you cork it, label it (all strictly by hand as the winemaker does), and proudly take home a tasty and unique souvenir for friends and family to try!

Ho regalato a mio marito per il compleanno l’esperienza di poter creare il proprio vino, siamo stati accolti dai proprietari molto gentili, preparati e con una grande passione per il loro lavoro. Abbiamo visitato la vigna e la cantina e provato questa fantastica e originale esperienza di poter creare il nostro blend e personalizzare la nostra etichetta, portando via la nostra bottiglia. Abbiamo provato poi i loro vini direttamente dalla notte anche questa non è una cosa che capita spesso. Ottima esperienza, la raccomando di sicuro.

Siamo arrivati da Asotom come ultima cantina di un tour a inizio 2021. Non conoscevamo la cantina ma appena siamo arrivati Sara, compagna di Tommaso, è stata una vera padrona di casa. Ci ha raccontato la loro storia, il perchè del nome Asotom, la filosofia dietro ogni prodotto e ci ha fatto assaggiare alcuni prodotti davvero interessanti. Quello che ci ha colpito di più è stato senza dubbio la voglia di una piccola cantina come questa di far vivere davvero delle esperienze bellissime. E poi le etichette dei vini sono stupende!
