Make your wine with this experience at Asotom!

After a regenerating walk among the rows of grassy vines and olive groves of Monferrato, you'll enter what was once King's Vittorio Emanuele II cellar. Here you'll visit the fermentation room, the barrique cellar in the basement, and the labeling room accompanied by curious stories about heroic viticulture "more organic than organic" carried out by Tommaso, the eccentric vigneron. Then it will be time for you to try with your own hands to create a personal wine, an Asotom wine!

You will use 3 of the 5 senses to best associate different types of wine and find the combination that best satisfies your palate. Pipettes, dispensers, and lots of fun; a fun challenge to experience with your partner and/or friends to see who can find the combination they feel most comfortable with first.

Once created the perfect recipe and bottled the wine, you cork it, label it (all strictly by hand as the winemaker does), and proudly take home a tasty and unique souvenir for friends and family to try!
