Natural Wine Tasting & Vineyard Tour at Terre d'Aquesia

The "Jazz" experience invites you to discover the most innovative, experimental, and sustainable side of Terre d'Aquesia in the green heart of Tuscia. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Vincenzo, the owner and oenologist, for a scenic walk through the vineyards. Here, you will experience firsthand the low-environmental-impact farming practices that guide the estate's production. You will learn how protecting biodiversity and preserving the true identity of native grape varieties allows nature to dictate its own pace, creating wines that purely express the terroir.

The tour continues in the cellar, where Vincenzo will reveal the delicate secrets of spontaneous fermentation. This winemaking philosophy rejects all standardization to enhance the authenticity of the grapes and the specificities of each vintage. Just like a jazz improvisation, the wine becomes dynamic, free, and expressive, reflecting the careful work in the vineyard and giving each harvest its own unique, unrepeatable voice.

The visit concludes with a multisensory guided tasting led by a sommelier, beautifully surrounded by the notes of top jazz musicians. You will taste five natural wines: the 2022 and 2023 vintages of Jazz Bianco and Jazz Rosso, plus a special "unscheduled" addition, Il Serio 2022, a spontaneously fermented wine inspired by the pilgrims of the historic Via Francigena. The glasses are perfectly paired with a rich platter of artisanal cold cuts and cheeses from small local producers, offering a flawless blend of territory, music, and unfiltered winemaking.
