Visit the Ghisolana winery, nestled among the Asolani hills, and discover their organic Prosecco!
Your experience will begin with an introduction to the winery and a walk in the vineyard, followed by a tour of the winery and an explanation of the wine production process.
Ghisolana's grapes are harvested by hand, just as they perform much of the work in the vineyard by hand. Starting from an excellent raw material allows them to minimize processing in the cellar and obtain an authentic, genuine product that tells the story of the territory.
To conclude the experience, you will have the opportunity to taste three organic Prosecco wines accompanied by cicchetti, typical small appetizers from the Veneto area.
