Your experience of Verona's wine culture begins in an elegant boutique in the city's historic center, where a certified sommelier will welcome you. You will be guided through a tasting of four wines that represent the Veneto region's diversity, including both still and sparkling styles.
The selection features iconic names like Prosecco, Soave, Valpolicella, and the renowned Amarone. Your sommelier will explain how to recognize balance and complexity in an engaging way, focusing on the tasting experience itself. To accompany the wines, you will be served three specific pairings: a crostino with smoked salmon and fresh cream cheese, a breadstick with 24-month-aged Parma ham, and aged ReDivino cheese from the Corrado Benedetti selection.
At the end of the session, you will receive a certificate of participation.
