Un ottimo modo per conoscere dei vini speciali

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente nella vigna della famiglia Oggianu, una realtà piccola ma con alle spalle già diverse generazioni di vignaioli, che ci sono state raccontate dal signor Silvano mentre ci mostrava le vigne. La degustazione, accompagnata da formaggi del territorio, è stata un viaggio nel tempo, mostrandoci come può evolversi la Malvasia di Bosa. Ottima conclusione con la grappa, sempre di Malvasia. Esperienza consigliata.
