Together with Vincenzo, the owner and oenologist, you will enter the charming barrel cellar: a quiet, intimate place where time takes care of the wine. Here, you will experience the unique thrill of tasting two wines drawn directly from the barrel, understanding the choices of wood toasting, aromatic evolution, and how the winemaking identity of Tuscia is forged.
In this magical atmosphere, you will discover the rigorous philosophy behind the creation of two limited-edition masterpieces: Limine Vendemmia 2019 and Santermete Selezione 60 months, produced only in exceptional vintages when nature allows. Understanding wood aging will help you appreciate the mastery required to transform wine into an unforgettable memory.
The highlight of the experience is the grand final tasting led by a sommelier. You will savor the full expressiveness of three aged red wines (Aquesia Rosso, Contaluna, Santermete) followed by the two precious Reserve reds. Designed for true connoisseurs, this moment of wine meditation is accompanied by a generous, refined platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, celebrating the excellence and the food and wine heritage of this wonderful borderland.

Where we are and how to reach us
The winery is located in the countryside of Acquapendente, at Via Cassia, Km 137, 01021 Acquapendente (VT). The winery has a small internal car park reserved for guests. We recommend travelling by private car.
