Yesterday afternoon we were with the family at the Tenuta Dioscuri in Bianco. A small estate of about 10 hectares but with a big heart and wines rich in personality. In every wine tasted, you recognize 3 things: the authenticity of a territory that the Greeks had chosen as a second homeland, the uniqueness of ancient vines that are lost in legend, and the passion of an owner who follows every aspect of production, from the vineyard to the cellar, right up to the bottling of this nectar of the gods.
