A small establishment in Franciacorta. Exceptional hospitality as well as the expertise and enthusiasm expressed in the explanation of the winery's history, the production processes, and the individual products offered in the tasting. Excellent wines accompanied by excellent local products. Everything perfect. An expression of the love that the Archetti family feels for wine.

The visit to the vineyard and cellar with the tasting of high-quality Tuscan wines and samples of their typical dishes, at the Colle Adimari estate, was a moment of culture and relaxation. The intriguing part, the wine fermented in amphorae, never seen or heard of before, wonderful.

We loved it. Irène was perfect. And the vineyards we visited were well chosen.

We were a group of 3 people visiting the winery. The staff took care of us and 6 other people during the entire tour. The visit begins with the history of the establishment, then visiting the large cave, and finishing with a good tasting of their wines and well-served local products.

The experience for me and for my friends was very interesting, for about two years I hadn't left my region for a tasting and we found it stimulating, also for the anomaly of a female-run and new-generation winery, furthermore the red wines of Valpolicella are decidedly interesting both in the most renowned version, that is Amarone, and in the wine from which it originates, that is Valpolicella, which in both versions, the base and the ripasso, is decidedly very good. A note of merit also for the Soave, definitely a white that we very much appreciated. The food pairing was well-thought-out and remarkable, furthermore we appreciated the friendliness and openness to discussion that we found, so we are decidedly satisfied with the experience.

The champagne was absolutely delicious, as was the picnic, and the tasting explanations were excellent too. I can highly recommend it.
