More than just a tasting...
We are welcomed by Raffaella and Davide who, with great passion and dedication, tell us about how ELEVA was born (a truly fascinating story) and how it is managed daily.
Davide then doesn't just do a tasting but gives us a small introduction to enology, making this experience truly UNIQUE.
Excellent quality wine and food, an unforgettable experience and highly recommended!

Totally worth it!
We loved learning from Alessandra about her family's passions for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and all of their amazing Lambrusco wines. The family batterie of vinegars were so rich of tradition, it makes you want to start your own! Truly memorable experience we'll cherish forever!

A great tour of beers and Rome
Our guide, Silvia, was very welcoming and knowledgeable.
She introduced us to some interesting beers and places we didn't know.
During the walk, she also acted as our guide to the monuments of Rome.
Highly recommended

Afternoon in Valpolicella
Recommended experience. Our guide Emanuele showed us their cellar and told us their story. The whole tour was accompanied by detailed explanations about everything concerning wine production plus anecdotes related to the territory and their family (who have been producing wine in those areas for generations). Also interesting is the fact that the tasting is "itinerant" (the wine samples are brought during the tour while you listen and walk through the cellar and not after). Another positive note is that they can accommodate many people, we went as a group of about twenty and not all wineries accept such large groups. Absolutely approved

Broken promises
The description said one thing and in reality it was another. I'm giving it 3 glasses because one of the wineries was very good, however, the other one did not deliver what was contracted.
