Excellent visit
The tasting began with a visit to the cellar and the vineyard with a very detailed and interesting explanation of the winemaking process and the history of the winery.
It then continued with a tasting of 3 wines and a passito, accompanied by a platter of cured meats, typical cheeses, and bread with their oil.

Friendly welcome by the very nice and competent hostess, tasting of 5 wines from the winery with detailed explanations as well as additional information options via QR codes. The provided option for taking notes structured and facilitated the selection.
Unfortunately, it rained on this evening of all evenings, so the hike "fell through". The delicious picnic took place on the covered veranda among the grapevines with a super view of the illuminated Basilica of San Francesco and the city of Assisi.

Not knowing much about limoncello production, we participated in a tasting at the Il Convento estate.
Bianca was extremely professional, she answered all our questions, and the experience was extremely interesting.
The estate is beautiful, and the walk through the plantations to the farmhouse was very pleasant.
