Enchanting place.
Great location surrounded by vineyards. The 30-minute winery tour is perfect even for those who are not wine enthusiasts. Clear and thorough explanations of the wines produced by the Marrone family. The tour ends on the top-floor panoramic terrace with a 360° view of the surrounding vineyards. The lunch is of excellent quality in an all-glass room to continue enjoying the view. My partner and I had a table right next to the windows. We did a tasting with 5 labels, all of high quality. An experience absolutely to be repeated.

It was a wonderful surprise. We accompanied the tasting with an excellent dinner prepared by Calogero, the owner of the winery, at his home. A special person who runs the winery and who, together with his partner Antonella, made this tasting a memorable experience. Stunning Zibibbo, with the Grillo and the Cataratto being just as remarkable. The Nero d'Avola has characteristics that make it different from those tasted previously.

Nice experience!
It was a lovely experience! Everything was explained very well, especially the different types of wine, and the aperitif boards served with the tasting were very generous. Afterwards, we were able to take a walk through the vineyards on our own, which was also really nice, with a beautiful view over Assisi. We had a great time!
