Excellent Wine Tasting
Carlo took about 2 hours to show the vineyards, explain the history and production of Barolo wines, and serve 7 different Barolos, 1 Nebbiolo, and 1 Spumante. I was able to taste different Barolo crus and different vintages. The differences between the wines were explained in detail. This was accompanied by a small platter of cold cuts with local specialties of the region. It was a wonderful afternoon in a very pleasant atmosphere.

We did a fabulous couple's tasting, we learned the history of this beautiful winery and we were able to taste not only their fantastic wines but also the winery's other products, like jams and oil, that respect nature and enhance the flavors of the fruits.

Romantic tasting
My partner and I visited the Gori winery for a tasting and a tour.
It was explained to us very well how the different types of wine that this beautiful winery offers are made; we were able to see the different levels it expands over and, finally, tasted 4 excellent wines and their good Vermouth accompanied by a beautiful platter of cold cuts, some good cheese, bread, crostini and desserts at the end (all local).
An experience enriched by the romantic decorations since it was Valentine's Day.
Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
We also compliment Leslie who welcomed us and accompanied us on this discovery of excellent flavors.

Beautiful winery in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The tour of the infernot and the old cellars is very interesting. Beautiful afternoon!
We loved everything: the walk in the vineyard learning about soil, sun, water and pruning; the tour in the wine making facilities, sipping wines straight out of the tanks; the official wine tasting experience, during which we tasted a variety of white and red, still and sparkling, together with some delicious local bites. Leonardo is competent, interesting, passionate and fluent in English as he travels and spends time regularly in famous foreign wine making regions. The ORGANIC approach has to be praised, supported and encouraged. Vigna Cunial is leader and pioneer in Italy and Europe: cudos!
I will return, treating more friends and visitors with a memorable afternoon.
