Soave & Valpolicella Tasting in the vineyard at Il Roccolo di Monticelli
Here is what's in store for you
Guests are welcomed at the vineyards of Il Roccolo di Monticelli, located in Monticelli, Lavagno, for an outdoor experience dedicated to discovering the diversity of the Mezzane valley. The visit begins with a guided walk from east to west across the hillside, offering panoramic views and an introduction to the agricultural landscape that connects the Soave and Valpolicella areas. Along the way, guests learn about biodynamic farming, soil regeneration, and the role of biodiversity in our vineyards.
The experience continues with a guided tasting of 4 organic wines, showcasing different expressions of Soave and Valpolicella, all produced from native grape varieties. The tasting takes place in the vineyard and is accompanied by a selection of local cheeses and cured meats, artisanal bread, and our own organic extra virgin olive oil, allowing guests to fully appreciate the link between wine, territory, and food.
