Guests are welcomed in Monticelli, Lavagno, where the vineyards of Il Roccolo di Monticelli are located, for an in-depth introduction to our work and territory. The experience begins with a guided walk through vineyards, olive groves, and the farm landscape, offering panoramic views and insights into the agronomic choices that shape our wines. This first part allows guests to connect with the rural setting of the Lavagno area and understand the origin of each vintage.
The experience continues at our winery in Illasi, where guests visit the production area and cellar, learning about spontaneous fermentations, ageing vessels, and our low-intervention philosophy. The tasting focuses on an exclusive selection of 5 special vintages, including older releases tasted side by side, to explore how time, vintage conditions, and ageing influence the wines. The tasting is accompanied by local cheeses and cured meats, artisanal bread, and our own organic extra virgin olive oil.
What makes this experience special is its depth and intimacy: a rare opportunity to compare vintages directly with the producer and gain a deeper understanding of wine evolution. Set in the quiet countryside of Lavagno and Illasi, near Verona, this experience is designed for curious wine lovers seeking authenticity, storytelling, and a meaningful connection to the territory.

Where we are and how to reach us
The meeting point is at the vineyards of Il Roccolo di Monticelli, located in Località Monticelli, Lavagno (Verona). The vineyards are set on a hillside surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, in a quiet rural area. Visual references and exact coordinates will be provided after booking to ensure easy arrival.
After the vineyard visit, guests will move independently to our winery, located at Via Paradiso 10, Illasi (VR), approximately 8 minutes by car. The winery is easily recognizable and located in the countryside of Illasi. Free parking is available on site near the winery entrance.
The experience is not reachable by public transportation in a practical way. We strongly recommend arriving by private car or taxi to comfortably move between the vineyard and the winery and enjoy the experience without difficulties.
