Traditional Wine Tasting and Winery Tour at Cantina Sabaini in Val d'Illasi

Your experience at Cantina Sabaini begins in the Val d'Illasi, where you'll be welcomed by a member of the hospitality team or the winemaker. They will guide you on a tour through the winery, starting from the winemaking and aging areas. You'll also visit the 'fruttaio', the lofts where grapes for Amarone are left to dry, a key step in producing this renowned Valpolicella wine.

The tour concludes in the wine shop, where your tasting will take place. Here, you will taste four wines that you select yourself from the estate's portfolio. Your choice can range from whites like Soave DOC and Pinot Grigio Garda DOC to reds such as Valpolicella DOC and Corvina Veronese IGT, and even sparkling white and rosé wines. The wines are served with breadsticks and taralli.
