We are truly sorry to hear that the experience offered by Tenute dei Ciclopi did not fully meet your expectations.

Our experience was created with the aim of guiding our guests through not only our wines, but also the history, identity and land from which they originate. The visit begins with the story of our winery, our Cyclops “mascherone” and the myth of Polyphemus, before continuing in our amphitheatre with a large-screen visual experience dedicated to the volcano, our territory and the passion that inspires our work. It then concludes with a guided tasting of our wines, paired with a selection of local products, designed to complete the story through the flavours and character of our land.

We are sorry that, in your case, the experience was not able to convey the sense of involvement and emotion that we hope to offer every guest. We nevertheless sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your impressions with us, as every point of view gives us a valuable opportunity to reflect and improve.
