The Ramaddini Winery awaits you in the south of Sicily to discover its fine wines.
The experience will begin with a guided tour of the winery, where you will learn about its history and production processes.
After the tour, you will enjoy “The Winemakers’ Banquet”, a full sensory experience inspired by the god of wine. The tasting includes toasted almonds, warm bread served with extra virgin olive oil and anchovy with a theatrical presentation, fresh ricotta with honey, Sicilian caponata and seasoned olives, a premium selection of cured meats and cheeses, truffle cheese with anchovy, a traditional Sicilian first course, and Modica chocolate, all paired with five selected wines.
Children will instead enjoy the winery’s Baby Bacco tasting, which includes fruit juice and typical baked goods.
