Siamo andati via pieni di nuove scoperte e soprattutto di conoscenza su questi prodotti che diamo così tanto per scontati quando in realtà sono davvero un "tesoro" da costudire e soprattutto abbiamo imparato come ci è stato detto che il problema è il tempo, purtroppo non abbiamo tempo nemmeno nel soffermarci sul pensare e capire cosa mettiamo in tavola e mangiamo tutti i giorni,esperienze come questa ti fanno capire l'importanza che ha invece e che il tempo è prezioso, sotto ogni aspetto.
