Great products in an extremely well-maintained location
The tasting should be better curated. The person who welcomed us spent more time talking about the dishes than the presented wines. The product is of high quality, so it must absolutely not be pushed into the background.
I would also have appreciated a small discount on the bottles to purchase at the end of the tasting.
I understand that Brunello is a must, but the "strength" of a product should never be taken for granted.
Charming experience!
Interesting and relaxing experience
Also excellent was the lunch with the famous homemade pici made by grandma and, of course, the tasting which allowed us to range from various vintages of Brunello up to Rosso and labels of their own production, of which we couldn't help but buy a few, also taking advantage of reasonable prices. The estate is family-run and during the visit we had the opportunity to meet as many as three generations. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Ultimately, I would say a relaxing day discovering those territories and those ancient Italian realities that we hope will not be lost.
