De Quarto is ready to welcome you for a typical wine tasting accompanied by a selection of local products.
After an introduction to the winery and its production methods, your wine-tasting experience will take place inside the charming De Quarto wine shop. The tasting will include 4 different wines of your choice among white Folium, rosé Corallium, red Primitivo Lutum, red Negroamaro Bellicum, with an additional choice between the macerated wines white Intenso, Primitivo Dionysos, and Negroamaro Tarantula. Each wine will be paired with a local product, such as local cheese or cold cuts.
All production at De Quarto is organic and natural, with special attention to quality and in accordance with the traditional winemaking style. The tasting will be conducted personally by a member of the De Quarto family, who will tell you about the peculiarities of the grape varieties, the history of the vineyards, and local winemaking processes, with a focus on organic and natural methods.

Children and young people up to 18 years old will not be served alcohol, so please provide what is needed for them, since the tasting is held in a wine shop and we will only be able to serve them water.
