Discover the native wines of the Ionian side of Alto Salento with this experience at De Quarto!
After an introduction to the winery and its production methods, your wine-tasting experience will begin inside the charming wine shop.
The tasting includes 3 different wines: white, rosé, and red from Primitivo or Negroamaro grapes, accompanied by taralli produced locally. All tastings are conducted personally by the De Quarto family, who will tell you about the peculiarities of the grape varieties, the history of the vineyards, and local winemaking processes, with a focus on organic and natural methods.

Children and young people up to 18 years old will not be served alcohol, so please provide what is needed for them, since the tasting is held in a wine shop and we will only be able to serve them water.
