You will enjoy a guided tasting of 3 different wines—a white, a rosé, and a red—produced from Primitivo or Negroamaro grapes, all vinified as single varietals. The wines will be paired with locally made taralli, a classic Apulian snack that perfectly complements the tasting.

The entire experience will be conducted by a member of the De Quarto family, who will explain the grape varieties, the story of their vineyards, and the winery’s commitment to organic and natural practices.

Wine tasting

Superb experience with Roberta who explained everything to us, from her grandfather's time to today, about the harvest and the creation of the wines they sell.
These wines are delicious and made in a completely natural and organic way.
Highly recommended.
