Here is what's in store for you

This experience will take you on a journey of discovery into the world of the Vivallis winery, in the heart of Vallagarina. 

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed inside Vivallis' modern wine shop for a brief introduction to the space and to the company's philosophy before being escorted to the winery. 

Inside the winery, you will have the opportunity to admire the imposing steel tanks from above and walk along the corridors, surrounded by historic concrete tanks, before reaching the amphitheater of tulipes and concluding the tour in the aging area, where the wines are pampered in the wood of the tonneaux amidst soft lighting and music. 

The tour is followed by a guided tasting of 5 excellences to choose from the lively Trento DOC bubbles, fresh still white wines, or fragrant reds from the Vivallis winery. Unmissable is the sweetness of their Castel Beseno Superiore to close the tasting in sweetness. Alternatively, the winery's experienced staff will be able to advise you. The tasting will be accompanied by dry snacks and a rich and mouth-watering selection of local delicacies like cheeses and cold cuts selected to satisfy all palates and offer you tasty pairings.

Patrizia è stata un host fantastica ci ha fatto immergere nel mondo dei vini trentini e in generale dei vini raccontandoci tanti dettagli e curiosità che ci hanno fatto appassionare ancora di più.
I vini della cantina sono molto interessanti ed una piacevole scoperta.

Le ragazze della cantina Vivallis sono preparate, competenti e molto disponibili. Vi accompagneranno alla scoperta di diversi vini e delle loro cantine. La degustazione è stata istruttiva, interessante e divertente. Molto ospitali e per nulla “pressanti” dal punto di vista degli acquisti. La cantina è molto facile da raggiungere e il vino che producono è davvero ottimo

La visita e la degustazione presso la Cantina Vivallis sono state veramente interessanti e complete. Abbiamo assaggiato molte varietà di vini e infine acquistato due bottiglie. Patrizia e Sabrina sono state delle eccellenti guide di questo percorso, la prima per la parte storica/produzione e la seconda per la parte della degustazione. I vini sono eccezionali, da non perdere. La consigliamo al 100%.

Da trentini, ci piace esplorare anche le realtà molto vicine a noi, e grazie alla professionalità e alla disponibilità di Patrizia abbiamo trovato in Vivallis una realtà varia e super interessante. E, pur da appassionati di rossi importanti, abbiamo riscoperto il piacere dei bianchi aromatici. Realtà super consigliata

Come dice il titolo, una bellissima esperienza. Le due ragazze carinissime e preparatissime, le quali ci hanno spiegato perfettamente i vini che ci hanno fatto assaggiare. Bella cantina e vini molto buoni, soprattutto il loro bianco White Rock che consiglio vivamente. Esperienza che consiglio a tutti gli amanti del vino che passano da quelle zone.

Tolle Weinkellerei und leckere Weine ✨

Die Location ist wirklich toll. Unsere Führung startete in der Weinkellerei, wo uns jeder Stritt in der Weinproduktion mit viel Leidenschaft und Liebe fürs Detail erklärt wurde. Wir hätten gerne auch noch den Weinstock gesehen oder vielleicht einen Teil der Führung/Verkostung im Freien gut gefunden. Aber im Salon bei der Weinverkostung angekommen, wurden keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Unsere Sommelier hat uns hervorragend durch die gesamte Verkostung geleitet. Jeder Wein, der angeteasert wurde, durfte auch probiert werden. Dazu wurden regionale Produkte wie Käse und kleine Gebäckstücke serviert, was das Erlebnis insgesamt sehr gut abgerundet hat.
Natürlich haben wir ein paar Flaschen des leckeren Weines mit nach Hause genommen. Derzeit gibt es leider keine Liefermöglichkeit nach Deutschland, es würde uns freuen, wenn dies in Zukunft möglich wird!
