Upon arrival at Tenuta Bastonaca, your journey begins with a short walk through the estate's traditional sapling vineyards, offering insight into the winery’s philosophy and deep-rooted connection to the land. You’ll then explore the historic Palmento and the 18th-century winery, followed by a visit to the barrique cellar, where the acclaimed Sud wine rests and matures to the sound of classical music.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three signature wines — Grillo, Frappato, and Sud — perfectly paired with a selection of artisan bread, local cheeses, and cured meats, offering a true taste of Sicilian terroir and tradition.

Giornata serena, gratificante, molto piacevole. Prelibatezze per il palato e ottimo vino.

La finalità di trascorrere una giornata serena e piacevole, è stata pienamente raggiunta. Arrivati presso la Tenuta, eravamo in coppia, siamo stati ben accolti dalla signora Silvana, che ha ben espresso la storia della Bastonaca, trasferendo cultura ed ideali che positivamente portano ogni giorno avanti l'Azienda. Il sapore dei cibi locali, accompagnati dalla degustazione di vini bianco e rosso, ci hanno fatto sentire veramente a nostro agio. La visita dei vigneti e degli uliveti, nonché delle cantine, ci ha colpito positivamente per l'ordine, la pulizia, la cura dei particolari. Non direi altro, per non togliere il gusto della sorpresa a chi vorrà visitare la Tenuta Bastonaca. PIETRO & DANIELA.
