During the visit to the winery, you will learn what it means to be organic, how winemaking takes place, the differences between the various labels, and how a Classic Method is born. During the tasting, you will be able to find in the glass the scents, aromas, and sensations that the terroir of Gavi can transmit.

This experience includes the tasting of five different types of Gavi: Gavi del comune di Gavi Etichetta Gialla, Gavi del comune di Gavi Etichetta Nera, Gavi del comune di Gavi Indi, Gavi Riserva Vigna della Rovere Verde, Gavi Spumante Metodo Classico; to discover together how Cortese can be declined in different forms while maintaining its typicality.
