Here is what you will live
An unforgettable experience in the midst of nature.
You will be led through the vineyards, where Biodynamic agriculture, the dynamization of preparations and the Biodynamic mound, the driving force behind life on the farm, will be explained to you.
You will be introduced to the French Comtois horses that help work the kitchen garden, the forest and the vineyard.
In the cellar, you will learn about manual harvesting, biodynamic winemaking methods without sulphites, native yeasts, and ageing in French wooden barrels or terracotta amphorae.
You will see the autoclaves where the sparkling wines are prepared, the storage and vinification tanks, the terracotta amphorae, the French barriques, the bottling and packaging line.
From the darkness of the cellar we will then move into the sunlight on the terrace overlooking the vineyards or inside the restored barn, depending on the season, for a tasting.
You will have the opportunity to taste five red, white, sparkling and rosé wines. We will compare wines from vineyards worked with horses, wines without sulphites, wines made in steel, in French oak and in amphora.
You will be able to choose between two tasting sessions, the Classic or the Blind Tasting. In the latter option, guests will be able to choose directly in the cellar between three different types of comparative tastings: I- wines without sulphites and with sulphites; II- white, red and rosé wines; III- bottles of different vintages of the same wine.
The wine will be poured into glasses where the wine is not visible and the bottles will be kept covered until the end.
