Wine Tasting at Casale dello Sparviero in Chianti Classico
Here is what's in store for you
Your experience begins upon arrival at Casale dello Sparviero, an organic estate in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. A member of the hospitality team will welcome you and show you to your table.
Depending on the weather, your tasting will take place either on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Tuscan landscape or inside the intimate barrique cellar, surrounded by aging barrels. Over approximately 90 minutes, you will focus on the estate's signature grape, Sangiovese, through three distinct organic expressions.
The tasting includes a Chianti Classico DOCG, a Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, and a Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG. The wines are served with a platter of Pecorino di Pienza cheese, bread, and olive oil produced on the estate. This experience is a seated tasting focused on the wines and their pairings; it does not include a tour of the winery facilities.

Simply wow!
Romantic and relaxing
The busload of people we saw arriving really scared me. I think that if we had arrived an hour earlier we would have had a much poorer experience, so maybe just keep an eye on that.
