Wine tasting experience at Laghi d'Insubria Winery close to Varese

My name is Susanna and I have been running a vineyard and winery for 15 years, producing local wines as part of a cultural and environmental historical recovery of a tradition that was being lost. That's why I have got IGP Ronchi Varesini denomination and also got the DE.CO municipal name of origin. The experience in my estate will be done with a tasting in the vineyard and possible combination of local varesini products.
Our company has as a mission: focus on viticulture and winemaking in respect and enhancement of the typical characteristics of the territory. Our company, based in Albizzati, is one of the very few companies in the province of Varese that has the entire production chain of IGP RonchiVaresini wine, that is the denomination of the Province of Varese and is enabled for wine tourism. We have the entire supply chain from the vineyard to the grapes, from the cellar to the wine, from bottling to the sale. 

The experience includes a visit to the vineyards with a description of the pruning, breeding and harvesting techniques; with explanation on the Ronchi Varesini IGP and the history of the Varese wine, possibly with a conference projection on the theme in Power Point. Visit to the cellar with a description of the winemaking techniques. We have a tasting area both indoors and outdoors in the vineyard. You will have 2 choices

- Classic wine tasting of 2 wines

- Wine tasting of 2 wines and food pairing, with local products that can go from cheeses and cured meats to
honey, chestnuts and derivatives, jams berries.
