There are delicious snacks to accompany the wine and interesting combinations to experience the different flavour notes during the olive oil tasting. 4 Excellent and well-thought-out tasting (Giorgio)They welcome us into a beautiful and elegant winery amidst vineyards and olive groves (a shame to have booked a bit late and not have enjoyed the landscape). First part of the visit where they explain the estate, the grapes, and then in the cellar the production of wines and oils. Then we move on to the tastings of oil (a good product, which they focus on a lot) and wines (in the premium there are 4, 1 classic method white, one still white, 2 intense medium-aged reds). While serving the tastings, the guy explains to us how to savor, guides us in experimenting, and answers all the questions. We accompany the wines with some tastings of cold cuts, cheeses, and other products to test the pairings. Overall an excellent experience, highly recommended!

5 Wine and oil tasting (Sabina)I had the pleasure of spending a couple of hours in this wonderful location to taste their wines and oils. The location offers a fantastic view of the surrounding valleys and hills; despite the rainy evening, the panorama is still worth seeing. The Premium tasting boasts wines of excellent quality, my favorite remains the Pinot Noir which I fell madly in love with. A very pleasant surprise was also the oil tasting with an unusual pairing with ice cream, a must-try. The sommeliers who accompanied us were very nice, hospitable, and knowledgeable. Finally, the visit inside the cellar was also very nice, although honestly, considering the vastness of the cultivated estates surrounding Agrivar and Palazzo di Varignana, I expected it to be much larger. I recommend a visit to everyone, especially on a beautiful mid-season afternoon or summer evening, to delight the eyes as well as the palate.

5 Fun (Angelo)Very beautiful place, upon arrival we were enchanted by the view of the hills. Upon arrival they were very kind in telling us to wait for other people to arrive. Very competent staff, they know the subject well and above all are very polite. He immediately showed us everything that was their harvest and then continued by showing us the various tanks and how they differ from one another. Consequently, he took us to the cellar where all the barrels are shown and the steps to eliminate the sugar from the wine. The moment we had the most fun was during the tasting, because the staff had us guess the flavors of the oil. At the time of the wine tasting, the staff was very clear about what to pair them with and the products they made were delicious. It's also nice that you can wander freely without guides or reservations throughout the vineyard via the special little paths and then also the amphitheater they built to be able to taste wines while watching a movie.

The tasting begins with a wonderful guided tour of the winery all the way to the aging rooms, with the support of the Agrivar staff who told us the secrets hidden behind an excellent bottle of wine! To then conclude the tour with a tasting of their oils and their wines which are spectacular, truly excellent and high-quality, accompanied by a platter of local cured meats, local cheeses and local baked goods.
